Noob question - Guild Wars Forums

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to connect heros together? My wife and I play together and she doesn't move as fast as I do, so I have to stop or go back to get her if she takes a wrong turn somewhere. She said she thought she saw two heros run by holding hands, is this possible, or was she just seeing things?

Heroes will generally follow their commander (the person who brings them) when they're not being given more precise movement instructions through target flags.

However, if your wife is getting lost you can draw directions on the compass so you can point out the direction you're moving in (click and hold on the compass, then move the mouse to draw).

If she gets lost on and is off of your radar, just ping the compass/map and she can follow the red waves that emanate from it. Also, if she is still on your map, she can double click your name in the party list and she will follow you until you both touch, and then she will stop. As long as you are both moving, she will follow you.

One alternative is for you as leader to bring 3 heroes and 3 henchmen and let your wife come alone. The hench will not be quite as good but they will follow you at least part of the time.

Lol, your wife was high huh? Lol seeing heros holding hands... Yeah, I'd say do what 'The Way Out' said and ping the radar if she gets lost because then all you have do is stop for a minute and let her catch up.
